The State of Queensland occupy the asset which is utilised for the storage and distribution of medical supplies throughout North Queensland.

The concrete tilt panel facility is constructed over two titles, and is divided internally by a firewall, effectively creating two individual office warehouse facilities. Each warehouse includes single level office accommodation and clearance to 9.2 metres with the southern warehouse also including roof mounted solar system.
