What our Investors say
I was looking for diversification in my self-managed superannuation fund, so I decided to allocate part of the fund to unlisted property trusts. I liked the Stronghold trust, I liked the properties they were offering, and I was confident in the management.
A well-established hardworking fund has now emerged as an outright winner, with its fabulous spread of quality properties providing investors with regular and reliable incomes.
I'm a firm believer in holding onto property and that's Stronghold's strength. They identify quality assets, manage them well and provide a strong return to investors in the process.
Unit trusts like the one's Stronghold put together give you the ability to size up and reduce your risk, by investing a smaller amount in the multiple properties rather than all for one. The team at Stronghold are easy to deal with and, above all, come across as well informed and genuine – I have found them to be a great partner to work with.
Stronghold have met my expectation … with the result that I've now reinvested three further times in their trusts over the last 10 years.
One of the things that give me a stronger belief in what Stronghold does, is the yield that they provide and how many properties they have under management, as well as how often they come back to you with more opportunities.
I like them because of their management structure, and because they’re very transparent in terms of their fee structure. I think that the small dynamic executive team of Stronghold are the right balance between being too entrepreneurial and too top heavy.

I initially invested in Stronghold Investments as there is safety in investing with a group that puts their own money into properties that they build and manage.
The concept of the unlisted trust gives me access to a larger class of assets, and the returns they deliver on a regular basis outweigh what I could achieve investing myself. The realisation of a recent asset is further testament to their ability to provide strong returns to their clients.
