About Trust

Stronghold Northshore Property Trust No 19 (“Trust”) was formed to acquire two brand new, A-grade office buildings constructed by Graystone within the BTP Northshore Hamilton.
  • Building 1, is 385 MacArthur Avenue and was completed in August 2021 and is 100% leased.
  • Building 2, is 389 MacArthur Avenue was acquired on a Fund Through basis with a 5-year rental guarantee from the Building Completion.
This Trust offers Investors access to a diversified income stream with capital growth opportunity via direct exposure to one of the designated 2032 Olympic precincts.
The Trust has an Initial Term of 8 years and a number of units remain open to Wholesale investors.
