About This Investment
Benlee Stronghold Property Trust No 12 (“Trust”) is a multi asset closed ended Trust formed to acquire two Graystone built commercial office assets, located within the Business and Technology Park Eight Mile Plains and BTP Westlink Green in Darra.
The portfolio comprises three freestanding buildings (2 on single title at 7 Brandl Street, Eight Mile Plains) with a combined WALE of 5.6 years from settlement. Anchor tenants included Transurban Limited (ASX: TCL), Fujitsu, Graystone Group and Montrose.
The Trust is jointly managed Benlee Company Pty Ltd and Stronghold Investment Management Pty Ltd with an initial term of 7 years and is fully subscribed.
