The Stronghold Precincts Property Fund is a unique, open-ended investment opportunity that specialises in quality commercial assets located in strategic suburban growth areas. The Fund is the latest evolution from property investment and advisory firm, Stronghold. Established in 2013 with a single fund, Stronghold has grown to now manage or co-manage 10 closed-ended trusts and one open fund with a combined value of over $220 million in commercial property assets.
We’ve achieved a lot since 2013. With our strong track record and our proven expertise, we have created this open-ended Fund for a very specific reason. We wanted to extend our specialised investment offering to a broader range of investors in a way that was more flexible and more sustainable.
From the very start, the strategy behind Stronghold Precincts Property Fund has been to acquire assets to create high-yielding suburban business precincts across south-east Queensland. The success of our multi-tenanted business park assets can be measured in both sustainable investor returns, and in the revitalisation of suburban communities and the amenities they offer to people who live and work in them.
Now, this open-ended Fund gives SMSF investors, financial planners, wealth advisors and family offices or trustees the opportunity to access flexible and high-yield returns from an exceptional portfolio of commercial property assets.
