An important factor in Stronghold’s success is our relationship with one of our cornerstone investors, Graystone. One of the attractions of Stronghold is that it isn’t a large corporate entity with lots of overheads and layers of management.

Graham Upton, P.E.P. Solutions

One of the things that gives me a stronger belief in what Stronghold does is the yield that they provide and how many properties they have under management and how often they come back to you with more opportunities.

Cash rates for term deposits in the bank are low – you’re lucky to get 3% on your money. Stronghold forecast a lot better cash return and because it was around a commercial property and the concept of business parks which I know and understand, it was an easy decision.

Unit trusts like the ones Stronghold put together give you the ability to size up and reduce your risk by investing a smaller amount in multiple properties rather than all for one.

Anyone with cash sitting in the bank earning low-interest rates, who is time poor and interested in getting a better return on their money should be looking at Stronghold Investments.

Stronghold is an easy sell because I feel so positive toward them who they are and what they do.

Rob Stanley, Box Commercial Real Estate Agent

I like them because of management structure and they are very transparent in terms of their fee structure. I think that the small dynamic executive team of Stronghold are the right balance between being too entrepreneurial and too top heavy.

To me – it’s a hassle free for the return. Don’t have to deal with tenants, rates anything and you get a good return.

Emanuel Baveas, Focus Electrical and sophisticated investor

I’m a firm believer in holding onto property and that’s Stronghold’s strength. They identify quality assets, manage them well and provide a strong return to investors in the process.
