Steve brings 20 years of client relationships in the Australian commercial and industrial property markets to Stronghold via senior positions with two global property groups and the experience of running his own independent property advisory business.

Prior to the establishment of Stronghold, Steve was a Divisional Director and Joint Head of Industrial at Savills Queensland. Between 2009 and 2012 Steve operated a private commercial and industrial property consultancy dedicated to the provision of high quality services to major corporations, developers, private investors and land holders.
He was previously National Director and Queensland Head of Industrial for global property services firm Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) where he was employed for 12 years from 1997 to 2009.

Over the past 20 years Steve has negotiated some of the largest commercial and industrial transactions recorded in Queensland, including the sale of the 100 hectare former Wacol Army Barracks for $48.1 million and the sale of 3 investment portfolios within Brisbane Technology Park for close to $50 million.

He has negotiated transactions for and on behalf of some of Australia’s largest corporate citizens and institutions including Stockland, Lend Lease, AMP, Australand, Walker Corporation, Peet Limited, Mirvac, Linfox, Mack Trucks Australia, Volvo Commercial Vehicles, Mazda Australia, Coates Hire, Holcim Australia, Bunnings, Officeworks, Cement Australia, Brisbane Airport Corporation, The Commonwealth Government, The Queensland Government and the Brisbane and Logan City Councils.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Business in Property (Valuation) and an Associate Diploma in Business (PIR), both from the University of South Australia. He is a past Chair of The Property Council of Australia’s Queensland Industrial Committee.
